As a manager of a web design company I get many emails on my website on a daily basis. Being self-employed has its own pros and cons. One of the cons is that you don’t have a boss who nags you about everything. Thus you have to rely on yourself that everything is of top quality.
This can be done by testing everything that you do, and delivering your clients what they exactly want. Doing so not only satisfies the clients but reduces the after support that is needed after the project has been launched.
As much as you try to ensure the best of everything there will always be some room for problems like, unexpected bugs, delayed payment or client queries. Whenever one of these situations arrives I try to be as flexible as possible. However, it is also advised to have policies for everything.
